Here’s Hoping ‘08 Is A Bit Better

Happy New Year to all of you and I’m sure most of you had it yesterday considering the wackiness of time zones, but I myself had it only thirty minutes ago. It was okay, actually rather normal since my mom tends to work every New Years because she is a bartender, and it is the busiest day for the Strip here in Las Vegas. I really have never cared too much for that, but I did have plans to be with either my Onee-chan or my boyfriend and both of them crumpled. Looks a bit dreary, eh? Oh well, another year is another step in life and I guess I can be the stronger person cause I face it alone.

I’ve never really believed in New Years resolutions because I’ve never seen one kept before as solemn as that sounds, but really that’s just the way my family is. Oh, hey… what promise, we’re just having fun! Relax a bit~! I guess if anything I want to post more in this blog, and I also want to work harder in school so I can graduate either this year or only have like three classes next. Either way, more work for me but I don’t mind. I generally enjoy this blog much more then I thought I would, so I apologize for getting a bit too busy during this holiday month. Half of it I was gone and the other half was spent shopping or on homework.

If anything, looking back at this year I did a lot of things to really prompt myself growing up a bit. Sure, I’m still wacky and fairly hyper, but I also think I did make a few steps to become a better adult when the time comes. I’ll just have to work a bit harder, try and get that laziness to go away, and really go back to think about how much anime I truly watched this year. It was a lot in comparison to beforehand, I feel as if I x5 my normal viewing solely due to having a list to track it so I could understand what I was watching. To think that would affect something so simple so easily.

What are your resolutions for the New Year, I wonder? Does it include more anime, I’m sure it does. :]
