Story: Haruhi Fujioka was accepted in Ouran High School after her last year of middle. Ouran is a prestigious school made solely for rich families; however, Haruhi isn’t wealthy in the slightest. Story: Haruhi Suzumiya is not a normal girl. Far from it, in fact she could possibly be God, a time warp, or even hold the potential information on human evolution. Take your pick because the audience never truly does find out, and neither does Haruhi herself. She is an eccentric girl who announces on the first day of class that she is not interested in normal human beings. Instead, she is seeking out time travelers, espers (aka physics), and aliens. Kare Kano Review

Story: What’s there that hasn’t been said about this tale? In all honesty, Kare Kano is a love story through and through. Not to say that it lacks any other aspect besides romance but, it’s the kind of show where you become intertwined with the heart aspect more than the funny side-comments or the playful animation.
